When did you first become interested in cars & why?
From a young boy, I would help my father work on cars.

What brought you to owning/managing your own auto shop?
Over the years, I became tired of working for companies that did not care much about customer’s needs and wants. So I opened Country Automotive, and now I can take pride in treating customers right.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is when a customer calls back after having service done, telling us how nicely their car runs!

When did you first become interested in cars & why?
I needed a part-time job while in the navy, and I liked cars. So I started working part-time pumping gas, fixing cars, installing accessories. I also bought & sold cars and got into racing, too. I now have 36 years of automotive & light truck experience and am a master tire specialist.

What brought you to owning/managing your own auto shop?
I moved through the ranks right away, and have been in management since 1972.

What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is meeting & greeting customers, and answering their questions to the best of my ability. And, of course, seeing the smiles on the faces of happy customers.
